Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Ghorlaxxex website at ghorlaxxex.world and our garden consultation services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

Consumer Rights

If you are a consumer (acting for purposes outside your trade, business, craft or profession), your statutory rights are not affected by these terms. These Terms of Use are subject to the European Union (Consumer Information, Cancellation and Other Rights) Regulations 2013 (S.I. No. 484 of 2013) and the Consumer Rights Act 2022. For distance contracts (e.g. bookings made online or by phone), you generally have a 14-day right to cancel without giving a reason. Full details, including exclusions (e.g. where a service has been fully performed with your prior express consent) and refund terms, are set out in our Return Policy. Statutory consumer rights cannot be waived by contract.

Services Description

Ghorlaxxex provides garden care consultation services including but not limited to garden assessments, planting advice, seasonal care guidance, and landscape planning recommendations. Our consultations are advisory in nature and outcomes depend on various factors including weather conditions, soil quality, and ongoing care.

Booking and Cancellation

Consultation bookings can be made through our website contact form or by phone. Your statutory 14-day cancellation right for distance contracts is described in our Return Policy. In addition, we ask for at least 48 hours’ notice when cancelling or rescheduling a scheduled appointment. Cancellations or no-shows with less than 48 hours’ notice may incur a fee of up to 50% of the consultation price, to the extent permitted by law and without affecting any statutory rights you have.

Payment Terms

Payment for consultations is due at the time of booking or as otherwise agreed. We accept bank transfer and other payment methods as specified at the time of booking. Prices are quoted in Euros and include VAT where applicable. We do not charge fees for use of a payment method that exceed the cost we incur. Any customer phone line we operate for contract-related enquiries is charged at no more than the basic rate.

All content on this website, including text, images, graphics, and logos, is the property of Ghorlaxxex and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Our garden consultations provide professional advice based on our assessment at the time of visit. We cannot guarantee specific outcomes as garden success depends on many variables including ongoing maintenance, weather conditions, and unforeseen circumstances. Ghorlaxxex shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

When engaging our services, you agree to:

• Grant safe access to your property for scheduled consultations
• Inform us of any hazards or restrictions on your property
• Follow care instructions provided to achieve recommended outcomes
